Today I Love Lazy Olympic days
No self control I okay recover.
Today I love lazy Olympic mornings when I roll out of bed and watch extreme sporting events on television with a big bowl of hot coffee in my hands. I love that my Canadian Women hockey team won their first game and that they never stopped playing hard through the slide. I love that the Russian team they played against never quit playing even if the score was so lopsided. I love that the Russians didn let the score dictate how they would play and the Canadians didn back off because it would be insulting to the other team and to your property country and your teammates to not play your best, It why you there, And it why I watching you the best players playing their best. i how brave Olympians are, To face their fears and the mountains and elements and ice in the winter Olympics and then to compete with others is the kind of bravery I can get behind. I love how easy it is to forget who competes for which country somebody does something so well and everyone applauds them. I love that I live in a time when we get to see the world combined efforts to celebrate people who are the best at things that are just done for the benefit of their own lives and the lives of those who love them or support them, Even if that love or support is just a sliver of another buyer life.
Today I love that next week there will be lots of Chinese New Year celebrations that I will get to take. I love that each week rolls russian mail order brides by like a bead slipping off of a string of brilliant stones and while it seems like a long time to go until spring it really just six weeks and a day or two until Spring arrives, Just six more beads out of 52 on the year line. I love how time just slips on by like a show that needs no ending because the story is so helpful. I love that every day of my life my story changes and that I get to change with every day.
Today I love home fries made from sweet potatoes with my bacon and eggs and toast breakfast every day. I love that I have to choose from banana bread I made and doughnuts that I bought for my lunch today and that it will be a choice so hard to make that I may give in and have both.
Today I love coffee and doughnuts and banana bread and a total lack of self restraint while I watch the Olympics.
Today I Love Lazy Olympic MorningsI was given birth in the city of Toronto in 1959, But moved individuals was in my fourth year of life. I was raised and educated in a rural setting, growing up in a manner I like to refer to as free range. I live in an area where my family history and ancestors stretches back 6 or more generations. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50 and have been both suffering the new reality and using my discoveries to make my life better. I write two blogs only at Psych Central, One about having ADHD and one that is a daily positive affirmation that acts as one example of finding the good in as much of my life as I possibly can.
